Below is the official application for membership with the Cicero Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Please download and fill it out and mail it to our offices located at 5801 W. Cermak Rd., Cicero, IL 60804.

Application for Membership 2010

Membership dues are as follows:

Sole proprietor:  $175

Interim Membership:  $300

Non-for-profits: $50

Banks: $400

Multi locations 3 or more:  $1000

Utilities:  $500

Employees 76+:  $1000

Above is the due schedule payable in January of every year.
